Position: SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Mechanical Design Engineer, Package, Hours and Benefits

Mechanical Design Engineer
  • Proven experience in Mechanical Design Engineer or drawing roles within industrial, manufacturing or engineering environments, producing accurate layouts and fabrication documentation.
  • Strong 2D AutoCAD skills and experience with 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Works) for modelling systems, assemblies and layouts.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications, project requirements and inputs from sales and commissioning teams to deliver accurate, buildable designs.
  • Understanding of fabrication and installation practices, with a methodical, detail-focused approach and ability to coordinate drawings across multiple live projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong computer literacy (including Microsoft Office) and confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mechanical engineering qualification, HNC, HND or Degree.
  • Willing to attend site visits to support surveys.
Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities – but not limited to
  • The Mechanical Design Engineer will produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D models for general arrangement, layouts and fabrication, ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and customer specifications.
  • Work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to interpret design intent, project requirements and installation constraints.
  • Conduct site surveys and incorporate feedback from project teams, suppliers and customers to maintain drawing accuracy.
  • Manage drawing issuance, revision control and documentation while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors on fabrication and interface details.
  • Support continuous improvement by standardising templates, symbols and best practices across the design team.

Responsibilities of Machinists
  • Operate and maintain a group of machines within a complex manufacturing system.
  • Working to tight tolerances.
  • CNC Turning and milling.
  • Ensure all machines are running correctly.
  • Own Quality inspection – measuring own parts.
  • Utilising grinding and polishing machines.
  • Gear cutting and heat treatment.
  • Working on automated systems.
  • Set and Operate – No programming.
Requirements for Machinists
  • Apprentice trained to Level 3, or other engineering qualifications considered.
  • To have worked in a fast paced, automated environment.
  • CNC turning knowledge, or CNC Milling experience.
  • Happy working 3 shifts – Mon – Friday – Nights 4 nights.
Supply Chain Manager – Package, Hours and Benefits
  • £45,000 - £55,000 (fully dependant on your level of experience)
  • Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm

Supply Chain Manager Essential Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CSCP, CILT, CPIM) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant exposure to a global network.
  • Demonstrable experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing within Far East.
  • Proven expertise in managing third-party logistics providers and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, forecast trends, and solve problems creatively.
