BIM Modeller

Location: Greater London

Astute's Power Team is partnering with a leading principal contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a BIM Modeller for its North London site.

The BIM Modeller role comes with a annual salary of between £50,000 to £55,000.

Responsibilities and duties of the BIM Modeller role:

* Use BIM software to develop and maintain detailed 3D models

* Ensure model compliance with industry standards and project
requirements.

* Execute clash detection and discuss and resolve issues in the design.

* Collaborate with AEC professionals and stakeholders and participate in
project meetings to ensure coordinated and accurate designs.

* Update and revise models based upon feedback and project changes.

* Perform model quality checks to ensure they are accurate and
complete.

We are looking for someone with the following:

* Degree or certification in related discipline (civil engineering,
architecture, BIM, etc.)

* Knowledge of BIM software

Salary and details of the BIM Modeller role:
* £50,000 to £55,000 per year

* Starting February/March 2026

* North London
