We are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Sustainability Consultant or Senior Sustainability Consultant to support our clients in achieving their environmental and corporate sustainability goals. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our London office, with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

Day-to-Day
Managing and delivering environmental assessments for buildings, ensuring compliance with BREEAM, LEED, and WELL standards.
Collaborating with clients to develop and implement sustainability strategies tailored to their needs.
Conducting research and staying updated on the latest sustainability trends and innovations.
Preparing and presenting reports, data analyses, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Supporting planning applications with sustainability services and documentation.
Responsibilities
As a Sustainability Consultant, you will:
Provide sustainability support to clients, including environmental certification of buildings, development of sustainability strategies for buildings and masterplans, and organisational support to meet corporate sustainability requirements.
Manage environmental assessments of buildings using BREEAM, LEED, and WELL standards, including evidence gathering and certification processes.
Offer consultancy advice on sustainability issues such as water efficiency, health and wellbeing, and waste management.
Develop and review emerging sustainability trends to ensure clients remain at the forefront of sustainable practices.
Coordinate and deliver sustainability services to support planning applications.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:
Essential:
A degree in science, environmental studies, engineering, architecture, or energy.
At least 2 years of experience for Consultant level or 4+ years for Senior Consultant level.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical and non-technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
A solid understanding of energy and sustainability planning policy, particularly in London, with project experience in developing sustainability strategies for planning.
Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel.
Desirable:
BREEAM Assessor qualification.
BREEAM Accredited Professional (AP) qualification.
Knowledge and experience in energy-efficient building design and specification.
Familiarity with net zero carbon standards.
