Project Controls Manager

Position: Project Controls Manager (Permanent)
Leading project management consultancy seeks several proven Project Controls Manager who have experience of working on major infrastructure programmes within the oil & gas, energy, rail, airport or nuclear markets to join their team in London.

We are looking for candidates how have a "hands on" approach to their work who can lead an inspire a small project controls team whilst, supporting the Project Director with the successful delivery of complex infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
Implementing project controls processes and procedures
Monitoring project progress against established baselines
Identifying and mitigating project risks
Providing accurate and timely project performance data to stakeholders
Managing project controls teams to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborating with clients and other project stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements

Job Requirements:

Experience in project controls within the airport, rail, energy, nuclear, or defence sectors
Proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience using project management software tools
Ability to manage and lead project controls teams effectively
A relevant degree or professional qualification
