£45,000–£55,000 | West London | 7am–7pm / 7pm–7am | Permanent

We’re recruiting for a Mechanical Shift Engineer on a large West London hospital contract — a 24/7 critical environment where mechanical plant genuinely matters.
These roles don’t come up often. Engineers tend to stay.

The Engineering (Proper Plant Work)
You’ll be working across:
* Commercial heating systems
* Chillers & cooling systems
* Steam systems
* BMS-controlled mechanical plant
* Pumps, valves, pipework
* Planned & reactive maintenance
This is hands-on, fault-finding mechanical engineering in a critical setting — not general handyman work.

What You’ll Need
* Mechanical apprenticeship OR equivalent qualification
