Role

Purpose:

As Technical Lead – MPFP, you will oversee the design, optimization, and delivery of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems across all project stages. You will ensure compliance with EMEA regulations and international standards while supporting constructability and manufacturability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design Review & Technical Oversight:
Align MPFP drawings and documentation; perform thermal, hydraulic, CFD, and acoustic analysis; support Revit/ACC design optimization.

* Vendor Coordination & Off-Site Manufacture:
Guide vendors to meet design standards and DfM principles; attend vendor facilities and support equipment testing.

* Cross-Discipline

Collaboration:

Work closely with Electrical, CSA, EHS, Controls, Mechanical, and Thermal teams; support workshops and integration sessions.

* QA/QC & Documentation:
Maintain revision control, track deliverables in ACC and cloud platforms; update Owner Standard Documentation and OPRs.

* Reporting & Programmatic Support:
Log design changes, analyze impacts on cost, schedule, and scope; provide supporting studies as required.

Technical Requirements:

* Proven expertise in mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for large-scale infrastructure/data centres

* Proficiency in Revit, ACC, and other cloud-based coordination tools

* Strong analytical, design, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills

* Experience supporting constructability, manufacturability, and compliance in EMEA or international projects
