Senior Civil Engineer – Highway & Drainage
Location: Chichester

Our client, a leading civil engineering firm, is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their Chichester team, delivering high-value highway and drainage projects. This is a hands-on role offering the chance to lead design work and shape complex infrastructure projects.

• Lead design and engineering for highway and below-ground drainage schemes across a variety of projects.
• Manage projects from £10M to £100M, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
• Provide technical guidance on complex civil engineering challenges, from land development to multi-unit residential sites.
• Collaborate with architects, planners, and contractors to ensure designs meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

• Strong Civil 3D experience – this will be your core tool.
• Proficiency with Flow/Costway and AutoCAD.
• Experience delivering large-scale building, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Background in land development or interest in residential and mixed-use developments.
• Proven ability to manage complex designs and mentor junior engineers.

• Lead projects in Chichester with a growing, dynamic team.
