A leading construction contractor is seeking a Framework Commercial Lead in Greater London to manage up to £400m worth of work for Network Rail over four years. The candidate must have 10-15 years of experience in the civil engineering or rail industry, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and solid understanding of NEC Target Cost contracts.
