BMS Service Engineer - £40-55K – London

We are working with a highly regarded BMS controls company based in London that provides a full suite of services, including the design, supply, and installation of BMS Control Systems. Their expertise spans integration, energy management services, and planned preventative maintenance. Known for their innovation, integrity, and exceptional customer care, they are fully accredited to deliver top-quality products and solutions from a range of leading technology providers.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking to expand their successful Managed Service division by hiring a skilled BMS Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in delivering BMS service and maintenance within commercial buildings, with a strong ability to work independently and a solid understanding of HVAC systems and associated equipment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-growing organisation.

Candidates should have expertise in Trend systems and, ideally, experience with an additional platform such as Tridium or Siemens.

• Previous experience in the building controls sector using Trend or Tridium.
• A solid understanding of HVAC systems.
• Ability to systematically diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• A team player who can also work independently with confidence.
• A valid UK driving licence.
