Are you an Electrically biased Facilities or Maintenance Engineer looking for a great role working at a company's headquarters on their internal maintenance?

This role will require electrical maintenance of all office, warehouse, and associated facilities and will need basic mechanical knowledge.

The company is over 50 years old, employs over 150 staff. They are seen as an employer of choice and provide on-site training at their purpose-built facility.

This is a role working as a key member of the facilities management team. You will work 8.30am to 5.00pm, Mon-Fri on-site.

The role:

Ensure all office, factory, and associated facilities are always maintained to the highest possible standards
Ensure building infrastructure and fabric are robustly protected and cared for, including the operation of ancillary equipment
Liaise with facilities contractors

The person:

IEE qualification up to 18th edition wiring regulations
Experience working with electrical maintenance, including 3-phasev
