Overseeing daily maintenance operations and engineering projects.
Leading and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians.
Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to enhance efficiency.
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues swiftly and effectively.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Collaborating with other departments to optimize performance and production.

Who You Are:

Proven experience in engineering and maintenance management.
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
