This is a full-time hybrid position for a Reactive Pavement Supervisor, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Reactive Pavement Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and managing the condition of the pavement across the M25 network. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and supervising reactive maintenance, ensuring health and safety compliance, managing a team of operatives, and addressing issues related to pavement repairs effectively.
The role also involves liaising with external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards.
- Expertise in pavement repair, maintenance techniques, and asset operation
- Proficiency in team leadership, task delegation, and supervisory responsibilities
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in highway or infrastructure projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for team management and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work in both office environments and on‑site settings
- Experience in construction, engineering, or transport sectors is advantageous
- Certification in highway maintenance, civil engineering, or a related discipline
