The role involves developing and scaling natural material technologies into viable alternatives to single-use plastics. You will lead projects, design and execute trials, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and innovate within a dynamic R&D environment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in material science or engineering, alongside experience with extrusion processes.
