Renewable Energy Development Advisor - Associate

Role Overview

We have a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join Savills’ Energy Team, based in either our London, Perth or Edinburgh offices. This role offers the chance to advise clients across the UK on a broad spectrum of energy and infrastructure technologies, including onshore wind, solar PV and energy storage.

This is a varied and dynamic position, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities. You will be involved in strategic site identification and evaluation, considering key factors such as land, planning and grid connectivity. A core element of the role will include land assembly on behalf of renewable energy developers, alongside leading negotiations on Heads of Terms and Option & Lease agreements.

We are seeking a candidate with notable experience in land rights negotiation, ideally with a background in the energy development sector. The successful individual will act as a primary point of contact for client enquiries, taking a proactive, lead role in project delivery. You will be comfortable working autonomously, while also contributing to business development and strengthening client relationships.
