Site Engineer

We are actively building a network of experienced Freelance Site Engineers for upcoming and ongoing projects across London and the surrounding areas.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

We work closely with a number of well-established Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil engineering contractors delivering schemes across sectors including

• Groundworks
• RC Frames
• Piling
• Highways
• Rail
• Utilities
• Infrastructure & public realm

As project demand continues to increase, we are keen to connect with reliable, competent engineers looking for their next contract or upcoming opportunities.

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer within UK civils projects
• Strong setting out experience across relevant disciplines (groundworks, structures, etc.)
• Ability to manage QA, as-builts, and site documentation
• Comfortable liaising with site teams, subcontractors, and management
• Ideally degree qualified
• Own kit preferred (varies by project)

• Freelance / self-employed / CIS options available
• Day rates dependent on experience, scope, and project type
• Long-term projects and short-term assignments both available
• Sites located across London and the Home Counties

• Access to a steady pipeline of civils work xlqdzyr across multiple contractors
• Early visibility of upcoming projects before they hit the open market
• Transparent communication on rates, scope, and expectations
• Ongoing support throughout contracts
