We are working exclusively with a leading UK main contractor delivering some of the most complex and high‑profile building projects in London and across the South East.

This is an opportunity for an experienced MEP Design Manager to take a key technical leadership role on major commercial, mixed‑use, and infrastructure schemes valued in the hundreds of millions.

• Lead and coordinate MEP design across major projects from pre‑construction through delivery
• Manage consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary design teams
• Drive design quality, technical compliance, and buildability
• Support commercial and delivery teams with technical input
• Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within complex building environments
