Design Engineers – Scaffolding Experience (Permanent, London)

Salary: £35,000 - £60,000

This scaffolding design company in Central London wants to grow its team by appointing a number of scaffold design engineers. You will be joining an employee‑focused design company with awards for its work and a strong company culture.

We work on a broad range of scaffolding design schemes, requiring you to produce detailed design drawings, perform structural calculations, and conduct design risk assessments for a variety of commercial and industrial projects across the UK.

• Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications.
• Conduct structural calculations for scaffolding assemblies.
• Perform design risk assessments.
• Collaborate with junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Liaise with clients and the management team on project requirements.

• Experience in scaffolding design within the UK.
• Proficient CAD skills and structural analysis experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
