Overview
We’re supporting a growing sustainability consultancy looking to hire an experienced Energy Modelling Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in IES VE to support commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for delivering:
- Dynamic thermal modelling (DSM)
- TM52 overheating assessments
- TM54 operational energy modelling
- Non-domestic EPCs & BRUKL reports
- BREEAM energy credits support (ENE 01, ENE 04, HEA 01)
- Client-facing technical reporting and design team coordination
- Strong experience using IES VE (Apache Sim essential)
- Proven delivery of TM52, TM54 & EPC modelling
- Good understanding of Part L, CIBSE AM11 & BREEAM
- Ability to manage projects independently and communicate technical outputs clearly
- NABERS UK experience
- CAT A / CAT B fit-out project experience
Suitable for strong mid-level candidates (2–5+ years) or senior professionals able to lead modelling work streams.
