Birmingham, West Midlands Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)

Permanent | Full-time A well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to support a busy and expanding workload across Birmingham and the wider Midlands region. This role offers a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites. What You'll Be Joining You'll be joining a reputable consultancy known for delivering high-quality asbestos services and maintaining a strong focus on compliance, staff wellbeing, and structured workloads. The Role Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG
264 and HSG
