This is a standout opportunity for a senior Packaging Design Engineer to work at the heart of a design‑led, fast‑paced environment delivering production‑ready innovative packaging for beauty, cosmetic and FMCG products. You’ll play a critical role in transforming creative ideas into technically sound, manufacturable solutions, with no margin for error.

• Engineer structurally robust packaging solutions for liquid‑based FMCG products.
• Design for mass manufacture across plastic, metal and glass components.
• Apply DfMA, FMEA and tolerance stack‑up analysis to optimise performance.
• Prepare and validate technical drawings for tooling, costing and production.
• Support tooling qualification, sampling, testing and FAIR reviews.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering and project teams.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail while working to demanding timelines.

• Degree qualified in Mechanical, Product or Packaging Engineering (or equivalent).
• Extensive experience in packaging or product engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of liquid packaging systems and assemblies.
• Cross‑material expertise in plastic, metal & glass is essential.
• Confident working with high volume manufacturing and quality validation.
