Job SummaryThis position delivers technical product support to customer solutions and sales initiatives through detailed analysis and recommendations. The role collaborates with field teams to evaluate product modifications and troubleshoot technical issues, delivers product demonstrations, creates documentation, and develops validation procedures with moderate guidance.
Core Responsibilities- Support business operations by troubleshooting product issues and providing detailed technical recommendations under moderate supervision.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to evaluate product modification requests and contribute engineering insights for customization projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers with guidance from experienced team members.
- Develop test procedures and execute validation plans for standard product configurations following established protocols.
- Document technical specifications and product capabilities to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Participate in cross‑functional product review meetings to provide technical input on customer requirements and solution feasibility.
- Maintain technical product knowledge through ongoing training and apply expertise to support customer application needs.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and be available for nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred; candidates with a combination of coursework, experience, or extensive related professional experience may also be considered). - Relevant
Work Experience:
2–5 years in a similar technical product support or engineering role. - Certifications:
Any relevant certifications that support the responsibilities of this role (optional).
