Role Overview

BMS Service Commissioning Engineer – Join our London team as a vital part of the commissioning and maintenance squad. You will execute programming, commissioning and system optimisation of Building Management Systems in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and execute BMS engineering tasks, including programming and commissioning
Lead onsite commissioning and system validation
Deliver high‑quality service and maintenance
Advise clients on system optimisation and energy‑efficiency improvements
Collaborate with engineering team on project tasks, solutions and methodologies

The Ideal Candidate

Extensive knowledge and experience in BMS engineering and commissioning
Experience with major BMS systems such as Trend, Honeywell, Siemens or Schneider
Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Excellent customer service and communication skills
