I'm currently working with a well-established, employee-owned engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint a Civil Engineer to join its growing London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who wants to take on greater project responsibility, work on high-profile developments, and accelerate their progression towards leading projects.

You'll be involved in the delivery of a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, defence, data centres, and major mixed-use developments. The role offers a strong blend of technical design, project coordination, client interaction, and mentoring responsibilities, making it ideal for someone looking to move beyond pure design work and develop their leadership capabilities.

• Experience in civil engineering design with a strong drainage focus.
• Knowledge of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) and drainage network design.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D.
• Confidence liaising with local authorities, clients, and multidisciplinary design teams.
• A passion for mentoring junior engineers and supporting project delivery.
• Working towards Chartership with a recognised professional institution.

• Flood Risk Assessments.
• Highways design.
• Experience working across sectors such as healthcare, education, defence, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
