BMS Project Manager — Major Projects | Central London | Hybrid | £65,000–£80,000 DOE

Our client is the UK's leading independent BEMS specialist — a rare breed in an industry dominated by global corporates. They deliver some of the most technically complex, high-value BMS projects in the country across landmark Central London buildings and critical infrastructure. Blue-chip clients. Prestigious sites. They are looking for a BMS Project Manager to join their Major Projects Division. You will own the full end-to-end delivery of multi-million-pound BMS installations — from handover through to commissioning and client sign-off — with full P&L accountability throughout.

What You'll Need

• Proven end-to-end delivery of BMS or BEMS projects at scale
• Hands-on experience with Trend or Schneider Eco Struxure / Struxure Ware
• Commercial acumen — comfortable owning a budget and a P&L
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
• Strong stakeholder management at senior client level
• Proactive approach to H&S
• British with a valid British Passport (mandatory)
• Commutable to Central London
