BIM Coordinator in England

Reports To:BIM Manager

What You'll Do:

• Assist in setting up and implementing BIM workflows across projects.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models and customized libraries.
• Coordinate and manage clash detection, RFIs, and model-related meetings.
• Generate 4D schedules and quantity take-offs to support project planning.
• Collaborate with project teams to align model data with sequencing and site execution.
• Produce client-ready reports and hand over close-out BIM deliverables.

What You Bring:

• A degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with 4D planning tools like Synchro (a plus!).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
