Maintenance Team Leader

Maintenance Team Leader c £62,000  overtime  bonus Gloucester MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join a state-of-the-art energy from waste power station. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to see all the stages of a new build through commissioning & operational start up. This role is a days-based position working a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining high standards of mechanical performance & plant availability. Lead & manage a team of maintenance technicians. Be technical lead for all mechanical maintenance activities. Deliver plant improvement initiatives. Co-ordinate preventative & reactive maintenance activities. Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have:
Extensive maintenance experience with power generation or similar heavy process industry. Strong knowledge of Steam raising plant. Proven Leadership experience. HNC or above in Mechanical Engineering. Good communication skills to operate alongside the Operations Team Leader & team. The offer:
Up to £62,000 A performance related bonus 25 days plus BH A company pension
