Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer – London

Salary:
Up to £44,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + package.

A leading mechanical & electrical contractor with a strong family culture is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their London team. This varied role blends electrical expertise with general M&E maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business.

• Service and maintain BMS front-end systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plant.
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Undertake general M&E maintenance tasks such as emergency lighting tests, water temperature monitoring, AHU and FCU maintenance, and reactive maintenance.
• Provide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationships.

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Proven experience in PPM, fault-finding, and repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Based within a commutable distance of Central London.
