Are you an experienced electrical building services design engineer with data centre experience? This is an opportunity to join a large, expanding business within a global multidisciplinary consultancy, in our London office.

The Associate Electrical Engineer - Data Centres will mainly work on data centre projects, from plant upgrades to 100MW+ hyper‑scale projects. You will work alongside talented engineers in a culture of innovation, learning and development.

Skills and Experience:

Tenacious, career‑driven, technically gifted electrical engineer with an understanding of critical systems such as UPS, generators, MV/LV switch gear, etc.

• Work closely with colleagues across disciplines to deliver technically excellent, profitable projects; develop and nurture client relationships to maximise satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work in a large, expanding critical systems team, focusing on data centre projects ranging from plant upgrades to 100MW+ hyper‑scale projects.
• Play a key role in training and developing less experienced team members.
• Excellent communication skills and initiative to overcome challenges are essential.

• Technically sound work consistently designed and delivered to client brief.
• Evidence of managerial skill development, including people management, financial and commercial management, marketing and business development, and project management.
