Portfolio Executive - BESS​/HV; Energy

With this Portfolio Executive role, you’ll be working on Utility-Scale BESS and High Voltage Assets and Grid Infrastructure (33/132kV) for a Leading Energy Investor. You’ll help drive optimisation, OEM/LTSAs Management, shape Grid Code Compliance and influence long-term Asset Strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing performance, KPIs and optimisation of BESS + HV assets
• Overseeing LTSAs, O&M agreements and OEM relationships
• Supporting due diligence, onboarding and lifecycle planning
• Leading compliance across Grid Code, operational notifications, CM commitments
• Contributing to dashboards, board papers, investor updates and risk registers
• Conducting site visits and coordinating contractors

What we’re looking for

• Around 3 years in asset management, O&M, HV, BESS, peakers or DNO/TSO operations
• Understanding of HV equipment, grid‑connected assets or storage systems
• Strong organisational and stakeholder skills
• Comfortable balancing technical detail with commercial decision‑making
