Assistant Design Manager

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Architecture or a related technical discipline
• 0–3 years’ experience in engineering, architecture or project coordination roles
• Understanding of multidisciplinary design projects; exposure to mission‑critical sectors is beneficial
• Familiarity with RIBA Stages 0–5 or equivalent design frameworks
• Awareness of MEP systems, civil/structural elements, and design coordination processes
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail
