** Principal Consultant – Health and Safety/Human Factors
** Environmental Resources Management (ERM) is seeking an experienced
** Human Factors Principal, or Managing, Consultant
** to join our growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a specialist role within one of the world’s leading sustainability consultancies—where Human Factors and Technical Safety come together in a uniquely integrated offering that stands out in the marketplace.

** Ideal Profile
*** Strong Human Factors & Ergonomics expertise, ideally with
** oil & gas industry experience and COMAH site exposure
*** Professional accreditation, with
** CIEHF Chartership
** highly desirable
* Experienced with Human Factors integration (HFI) in engineering projects (including HFE design reviews, SCTA / QHRA assessments etc.)
* The ability to lead projects, guide clients, and deliver high‐quality technical work
