£55,000 + Full Package

We are currently recruiting for a Static HIU & Mechanical Engineer to be based at a prestigious site in King's Cross. The Role:

Working as a static engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of HIUs (Heat Interface Units) and associated mechanical plant across a high-end commercial/residential development.

Package:

Salary up to £55,000
Static role in a prime London location (King's Cross)

Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance, and fault finding on HIUs
General mechanical maintenance across the site
Working on plant room equipment including pumps, valves, and pipework
Monitoring and maintaining heating and hot water systems
Responding to reactive maintenance issues and breakdowns
Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
Liaising with site management and clients

Requirements:

Proven experience working with HIUs and mechanical systems
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Background in building services / facilities maintenance
Relevant mechanical qualifications (desirable)
Good communication and customer-facing skills
