A leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor with a strong family culture is seeking an experienced Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer to join their London team. This is a varied role combining electrical expertise with general M&E maintenance, offering stability, career development, and the opportunity to work with a well-respected business.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain BMS front-end systems
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and mechanical plant
Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems
Undertake general M&E maintenance tasks, including:
Emergency lighting tests
Water temperature monitoring
AHU and FCU maintenance
Minor plumbing repairs
Reactive maintenance
Provide excellent client-facing service, maintaining strong on-site relationships Requirements

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Proven experience in PPM, fault-finding, and repairs on both electrical and mechanical systems
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy
Based within a commutable distance of Central London Benefits
