We're seeking a Senior Estimator to play a key role in securing and shaping major water infrastructure schemes across the North of England. Based in Warrington, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from early-stage engagement through to final submission-working closely with commercial, planning, and delivery teams to produce competitive, high-quality bids.

• Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates and tenders for water infrastructure projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical information to ensure accurate pricing
• Engage with supply chain partners to obtain competitive and compliant quotations
• Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions
• Collaborate with bid, planning, and commercial teams to develop winning strategies
• Present and justify estimates to senior stakeholders

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within the water sector or civil engineering
• Strong understanding of infrastructure projects, NEC contracts, and UK utilities frameworks
• Ability to interpret technical information and translate into accurate cost plans
• Commercial awareness with a detail-oriented approach
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
