As a BIM Modeler, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming design information into precise 3D models and construction documents. You’ll support our field operations with shop drawings, schedules, and coordinated data, driving project accuracy and collaboration forward.

• Review tender and IFC information (2D drawings, BIM models, asset data) per ISO
  19650 standards
• Create and maintain Revit-based BIM models, including GA plans, sections, diagrams, and schedules
• Perform clash detection and support clash avoidance coordination
• Maintain clean, healthy BIM models following industry best practices
• Update and revise models/documents based on RFIs, design changes, and site instructions
• Identify inconsistencies in contract documents and flag them appropriately
• Assist with as-built documentation and handover preparation
• Work collaboratively in shared environments (CDE), supporting both internal and external teams
• Follow project standards, templates, protocols, and document control procedures
• Provide accurate technical responses to site queries and requests

• Technical Diploma in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of BIM experience on construction projects
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools (Revizto, Navisworks)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Understanding of BIM principles and workflows
• Strong written and spoken English skills
