Role Description

This is a full-time office-based role located in the London Area, United Kingdom. The MEP Tender Planner will be responsible for developing and managing detailed project programmes for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) tenders. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the bid and estimating teams, ensuring quality control in the tender process, maintaining timelines, and delivering accurate project schedules. The role will require active communication with clients and stakeholders, and the application of technical expertise in mechanical engineering and project management.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of tender planning and submissions.
  • Solid understanding of MEP systems and technical specifications.
  • Ability to manage schedules, resources, and deadlines effectively.
  • An eye for detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 project planning tools.
  • Previous MEP planning experience is required.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred, but not essential.
