Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for an exciting new challenge? Join a dynamic Facilities Management team, maintaining a critical and corporate building in Devonshire Square.

You’ll be part of a large, highly skilled engineering day team responsible for maintaining critical back up, and M&E systems. Your duties will include:

• Performing planned (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a variety of M&E and HVAC systems, ensuring the smooth operation of the building.
• Managing and troubleshooting complex technical issues within a critical environment.
• Collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure all compliance and safety standards are met.

• Competitive Salary:
  Up to £48,000 per annum.
• Working hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm
