Location: Greater London
Perk is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Cards Experience EU team. You will guide a team of senior engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-impact initiatives while maintaining engineering quality. Your role involves shaping the platform's technical direction and supporting team integration with strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing software engineers and a strong technical background to drive effective team performance. This position requires commuting to one of our European hubs three days a week.
