As we continue to grow, were looking for a skilled and motivated Quality Inspector Precision Engineering to join our team and help us maintain the exceptional standards our customers rely on.

Why Join Pact Engineering? £17 £ 20 per hour, depending on experience Permanent, full-time role (40 hours, Monday Friday) Regular overtime available (non-contractual) Ongoing training and development to grow your skills 20 days holiday Bank Holidays, increasing with service Workplace pension scheme Enhanced sick pay Free on-site parking and excellent transport links (close to Luton rail and bus stations) A friendly, stable team where your contribution genuinely matters What Youll Be Doing Inspecting precision components and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications Using precision measurement tools including micrometres, gauges, and CMM equipment Recording inspection results accurately and ensuring all work meets customer specifications Identifying defect, supporting root cause analysis, and maintaining accurate inspection records.
Operating computerised inspection equipment Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining our ISO
9001 quality standards
What Were Looking For Experience in quality inspection within a precision engineering environment OR a strong engineering background with the willingness to train into a quality inspection role Understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T and metrology processes Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO
