This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who enjoys fault-finding, customer interaction and working across varied sites.

This Field Service Engineer role offers autonomy, technical variety and long-term progression within a specialist industry.

The Role Field Service Engineer As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, maintenance, installation and commissioning of specialist water treatment systems across customer sites. A Field Service Engineer in this role will work on equipment including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems UV disinfection systems Water softeners Filtration equipment Chemical dosing systems Chlorine dioxide systems The Field Service Engineer will be based from home, travelling directly to customer sites across London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities Field Service Engineer Carry out servicing, repairs, commissioning and installation work. Diagnose faults and complete effective troubleshooting. Complete site reports and technical documentation. Support installation projects and customer technical queries. Represent the business professionally on-site. Work independently whilst being supported by an experienced engineering team Candidate Requirements Field Service Engineer We are keen to speak with any experienced or aspiring Field Service Engineer, particularly from:
Water treatment or water hygiene (L8) Commercial plumbing or pipe fitting Electro-mechanical service engineering Pumps, dosing systems or utilities Boiler servicing or similar technical field roles To be successful as a Field Service Engineer, you will need:
