Salary & Benefits;

£60,000 - £65,000 (£70,000+OTE)
5% Field bonus paid quarterly on quoted small works jobs completed
1% Sales leads or Project Lead bonus that develops to orders

This Role:

The position as a senior BMS Engineer combines advanced service engineering with responsibility for identifying, pricing and delivering improvement works
Working with a high degree of autonomy, acting as the technical face of the business on site
Own small works opportunities from concept through to completion to include preparing quotations and delivering solutions that improve system performance

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced building management systems engineer (BMS)
You will have strong experience working on systems such as Trend & Tridium. Qualified / Certified
Excellent understanding of HVAC Plant, building services and control strategies
Strong knowledge of protocols such as:
Modbus, BACnet
Excellent ability to service, fault find and repair BMS systems
Strong customer service skills.
