Providetechnicaloperationsinformationandsupporttoallexternalparties inthepreparationofworks ?
EnsurethatallO&Mdataiscorrectlyrecorded,filedandkeptuptodate ?
Assistincarryingoutauditsandconditionsurveys,programmeforworks includingcostestimatesandworksprogrammes.
Ensuringthatclientsareproperly advisedofstatutoryobligations. ?
Assistinensuringthatmaintenanceofbuildingsystemsmeetslegislativeandhealthandsafetyrequirements; ?
Supportthecommissioning,organisingandassessingtheworkofcontractors; ?
Assistinoverseeingandsupervisingtheinstallationofbuildingsystemsand specifying maintenanceandoperatingprocedures ?
Responsibleforthebudgetmanagementandfinancialcontrolofworkswithinremit ?
Responsibleforunderstandingandfollowingprocurement/tenderprocessesfor workswithinremit ?
