Are you an experienced Senior Design Engineer who can support technical delivery activities across infrastructure projects within structural disciplines? NES Fircroft have been exclusively retained by a market leader who is looking for a skilled professional to support the engineering design, technical coordination and multidisciplinary delivery activities within contractor-led environments.
As the Senior Design Engineer focusing on Structural Infrastructure, your key responsibilities will involve:- Support design development and technical delivery activities within structural infrastructure.
- Undertake engineering calculations and technical assessments.
- Prepare and review technical deliverables.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external designers. - Participate in technical reviews and design coordination meetings.
- Support buildability and engineering risk review activities.
- Ensure compliance with CDM and engineering assurance requirements.
- Degree qualified engineer in structural infrastructure design engineering.
- Around 5+ years’ experience.
- Experience undertaking engineering calculations.
- UK infrastructure experience preferred.
- Working towards chartership.
- Experience with in contractor-led or design and build environments beneficial.
