We're looking for an experienced and influential MOBs CDM Specialist to join our team, supporting project delivery across multiple networks.
This is a permanent, full time role 37 hours, with a hybrid working pattern. The role can be based anywhere across the network, with regular travel to sites, meetings, and offices and a primary focus on supporting the London network. Frequent travel is required. Company car provided.

What you'll be doingLead CDM compliance across projects
- Lead and support the implementation of CDM 2015 requirements across all networks and MOBs projects
- Act as a subject matter expert on CDM and SHE compliance
Assure supply chain performance
- Manage contractor competency and safety management systems
- Monitor compliance with legislative and environmental standards
Provide expert guidance & support delivery
- Offer safety advice to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Support contractor mobilisation and safe project delivery
Audit, investigate & improve
- Conduct audits, assurance checks, and incident investigations
- Identify risks and drive improvements in safety culture and performance
You'll be a confident and credible safety professional with strong influencing skills and the ability to work across a wide range of stakeholders. You'll be proactive, solutions-focused, and passionate about driving high safety standards.
Experience- Demonstrated experience in programme delivery and safety assurance within construction or infrastructure environments
- Strong understanding of applying SHE policies in operational or project settings
- Strong knowledge of CDM regulations and SHE principles
- Recognised safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH) or equivalent experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to influence contractors and operational teams at all levels
- Full UK driving licence
