Key duties & responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital HVAC systems, including air-handling units, chillers, boilers, and ventilation systems.
• Ensure proper temperature, humidity, and airflow in critical areas such as operating rooms, ICUs, isolation rooms, and laboratories.
• Oversee maintenance of plumbing systems, hot water systems, pumps, and medical gas infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize performance of the hospitals central plant, including chillers, boilers, cooling towers, and heat exchangers.
