Our Sustainability team specialises in helping client organisations to measure, manage and reduce energy consumption, carbon emissions, and achieve wider sustainability aims. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Delivery of city/regional carbon reduction programmes;
• Development of carbon management strategies, including Net Zero strategies;
• Whole Life Carbon and greenhouse gas reporting, and associated ESG disclosures;
• Identification and assessment of energy saving opportunities and investment case support;
• Green building certification assurance on real estate capital projects;
• Estates de‑carbonisation plan and heat de‑carbonisation plans; and
• Net Zero programme management and delivery.

Our specialist sustainable Cities & Workplaces team is growing in response to rising demand from private and public sector organisations. We are seeking individuals with experience and knowledge in building certification, and/or real estate decarbonisation to boost our resources.

We are seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Sustainability Consultant to play a key role in leading our growing UK building certification team. Working closely with our UK and international sustainability specialists—who have helped shape global Net Zero Carbon frameworks—you will support business development, strengthen our market presence, and promote our innovative sustainability services.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to design, analyse, model, report, and present sustainability strategies across a diverse project portfolio. You will be central to expanding our team’s capabilities and driving high‑quality delivery.
