Water Hygiene Engineer
Between £35,000 - £40,000
London Area (Field - based / Remote)
Full time | Permanent | 45 hours a week

Do you have experience with TMV servicing, water system testing, and remedial plumbing tasks?

Do you hold a full UK licence?

The main purpose of this role is to carry out a variety of water hygiene and remedial engineering tasks, ensuring systems remain compliant, safe, and operating efficiently across healthcare and commercial sites.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle, bonus scheme, and pension.

This is a full-time, permanent role working in a field-based position across the London area.

Responsibilities
  • TMV servicing, installation, and replacement
  • Water system monitoring and testing
  • Tank cleaning and inspections
  • Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks and small installations
  • Removing dead-legs and improving system efficiency
  • Inspecting systems to prevent breakdowns and failures
  • Troubleshooting faults and repairing or replacing components
  • Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or similar role
  • Strong plumbing and water treatment remedial skills
  • Relevant plumbing qualification or completed apprenticeship
  • Experience working within healthcare environments
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and legal compliance
  • Ability to use a range of testing equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Physically fit and able to work in a field-based role
  • Full UK driving licence
