This permanent full-time position focuses on delivering specialist mechanical and electrical cost consultancy services across construction projects while supporting the continued growth of a dedicated M&E consultancy function.
Responsibilities
* Provide M&E cost advice throughout project life cycles
* Prepare cost plans, estimates and commercial reporting
* Deliver procurement advice and cost control support
* Manage client relationships and attend project meetings
* Support the development and expansion of M&E consultancy services
Requirements
* Relevant Bachelor's degree
* MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
* Minimum 4–5 years' experience in cost consultancy
* Strong understanding of M&E cost management and procurement
* Experience delivering client-facing consultancy services
Salary & Package
* £60,000–£70,000 basic salary
* Annual profit share scheme after 12 months' service
