Senior Engineering Manager

About the Role

Senior Engineering Manager leading a portfolio of teams (20‑30 people) ponsible for building new squads, managing Tech Leads, Senior Engineers and Engineering Managers, and ensuring technical and delivery outcomes of the area. Focus on creating an inclusive environment that helps teams deliver high‑quality work.

• Delivery and Execution
  :
  Accountable for delivery across squads, collaborating with Technical Leads and Product Managers.
• Engineering & Operational Excellence
  :
  Foster a high bar for engineering excellence, set expectations and measure performance.
• People Leadership
  :
  Directly manage 2‑3 Engineering Managers and lead an organisation of ~20 engineers, providing coaching, career development and regular feedback.
• Technical Influence
  :
  Partner with senior engineers to drive technical initiatives that improve practices.
• Stakeholder Relationships
  :
  Build strong relationships with other teams and create a focus space for engineers.
• Organisational Impact
  :
  Collaborate with the broader engineering organisation to contribute to company‑wide practices and standards.
