• Proactively explore new packaging formats, materials and technologies to fuel innovation.
• Develop concepts, prototypes and briefs that balance creativity with commercial reality.
• Drive technical development of primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.
• Lead packaging testing and validation, including compatibility, transit and shelf‑life.
• Support scale‑up, line trials and continuous improvement on filling and assembly lines.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Brand, Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Analyse packaging failures and complaints to identify root causes and improvements.
• Champion sustainable packaging solutions without compromising performance or experience.

• Experience in packaging development within beauty or FMCG.
• Strong technical understanding of bottles, glass, closures, pumps and refill systems.
• A creative, curious mindset with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
• A structured, detail‑focused approach to testing, data and documentation.
